I have heard their radio ad at least twice now. I thought these were fleet sales only? Besides, why would you want your dealership associated with these? And what customers would be shopping for them considering they don't even know they exist?
So many questions, so little worthwhile car.

Must have been a certified used type dea l
Maybe the dealership bought them for themselves then resold them, or they were Rental cars that they are selling. Unless they did say new.
Although one dealer I know of was selling the New Caprice by "buying" them and then selling them as used after a month of being driven by someoen in the dealer.

Gotta have that European cred yo! Too bad they don't sell Caprices too! The Opel Antara is kind of cool.
Plus, it has something that GM's retail cars don't have: visibility.

They are supposed to be fleet only. Bizarre that they are getting away with it - I'm sure GM will come down on them like a ton of bricks. Something similar happened with the Caprice PPV and I'm pretty sure theirs dealers got a stern talking to.
The reason you would buy them is because they are cheap. Same reason Nissan is still continuing to import and sell the old Rouge while they sell the new one along side it.

It's a Saturn Vue with a Chevy badge.
The Chevy Equinox, GMC Terrain & Saturn Vue are all the same car underneath. When GM shut down Saturn, they rebadged the Vue to the Captiva and made it a fleet-only model. The rental fleets get plentiful "good enough" CUVs to charge a high rental price for, and when the rental fleets sell off their cars, it doesn't drive down Equinox resale values.

These are actually pretty popular on the used car market after serving a year or two as rental cars. Because they're cheap.
Dealers have fleet departments. This dealer probably bought a bunch of Capitvas from GM fleet sales, and are selling them off to individual customers rather than fleets.

There's little European cred to be had here though. Sure, both the Captiva and the Opel version are available in Europe, but this is mostly a South Korean and/or American car.
Yes, I'd like to wash my hands clean of this... thing :)

And it's beige.
My soul hurts just reading that.

It'd be commercially stupid, but Chevy selling Caprices in Europe could fix a lot of damage.
